RV roof care depends on the material. TPO and rubber roofs require non-petroleum cleaners that won’t degrade the membrane. Fiberglass roofs can be cleaned and polished like the exterior sidewalls. We identify the roof material on arrival and use the appropriate product and method to clean, treat, and protect without causing damage to the membrane or sealant joints.

We clean and treat awning fabric with products that kill mildew growth and leave a UV-protective finish. Step 1

Exterior Condition Assessment

We walk the full exterior before starting any work: roof condition and material, oxidation level on sidewalls and front cap, awning state, slideout edges, wheel well condition, and entry area. This assessment drives the product and technique choices for each surface.

Step 2

Roof and Exterior Wash

The roof comes first, working top-down so any contamination removed from the roof doesn’t run back over cleaned surfaces below. We wash the exterior sidewalls and underbody areas after the roof is done, using an appropriate RV wash product rather than generic automotive shampoo.

Step 3

Correction, Polish, and Interior Work

With surfaces clean, we move into correction work on oxidized areas, polish on fiberglass panels, awning, and seal treatment, and interior cleaning. Protective sealant goes on after correction, so the surface is properly prepared before protection is applied.

Step 4

Walkthrough and Maintenance Notes

We flag anything beyond what the current appointment covered that may need attention at the next service, confirm the results with you, and provide care guidance for keeping the RV in good shape between appointments.
